How It Works

A portion of each LaborIQ® subscription is set aside for the Every Why Realized scholarship fund. As it grows, more students receive support for their educational goals. We plan to increase each year's scholarship award allocations by fifty percent, and will add scholarship recipients’ stories as they ignite their futures!

*Scholarship award recipients can reapply each year for a renewable award. Criteria and award amounts are subject to change.
